Now, blackjack beginners might have a hard time learning tactics of card-counting, but if done with blackjack's basic strategy, they can keep a positive edge over the house. Card-counting helps players calculate how many low cards and high cards exist by changing the running count to a real count. Real counts are the values you get if you divide a running count along with the amount of decks that haven't been dealt yet. If players are able to calculate such a count, they can determine just how favorable any remaining card will be compared to a running count.
